Dr Marta Dahiya

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Dr. Marta Dahiya leverages more than a decade of experience in radiation oncology to treat patients at the John Peter Smith Cancer Center. In this role, she focuses on the treatment of patients who have been diagnosed with various tumors, including cancers of the neck, lungs, and head. Moreover, Dr. Marta Dahiya provides radiation therapy services to individuals who have gynecologic cancers.

Previously, Dr. Dahiya gained experience in the treatment of breast and gynecologic cancers during her tenure with Radiation Oncology of San Antonio PA. Over the course of 10 years, she expanded the center’s specialized gynecologic radiation therapy program while simultaneously offering high dose rate brachytherapy to patients.

Dr. Marta Dahiya holds a doctor of medicine from La Universidad PontificiaBolivariana. Licensed through the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, she earned certification from the American Board of Radiology in 2005. To remain current in her field, Dr. Dahiya maintains memberships with several professional organizations, including the Bexar County Medical Society and the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.
